There was a meeting of Chawleigh Parish Council on Wednesday 29th September 2021 at 7.30pm held in the Chawleigh Village Hall. Members Present: Parish Councillors Steve Godley (Chairman); Daphne Cockram; Jan Flavin; Henry Martin; Andrea Huxley; Stuart Swift. Also Present: District Councillor Clive Eginton; County Councillor Margaret Squires In attendance: Rob Martin, Locum Clerk 3 members of the general public. . MINUTES: 2122-80 APOLOGIES Apologies from Cllr. NOTES OF THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING HELD ON 9 MAY 2019 APM 21.01 The notes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on 9 May 2019 were accepted as a correct record. Proposed by Cllr Cockram, seconded by Cllr Martin, carried unanimously. 2. CHAIRMAN’S ANNUAL REPORT 2020/21 APM 21.02 Cllr Godly gave a report on the key areas of work undertaken by the Council. There was not a lot to report from 2020/21 as it was taken over by the effects of COVID, and the parish council did everything it could to help people through. This included supporting the CCT and EoPPS to achieve
